How many Sonxplus stores are there?

Shipping and delivery

When will my product be shipped?

Shipping depends on the availability of products in our warehouses. Items that are not available will be shipped as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer or distributor.

What are your shipping costs?

At Sonxplus, standard shipping is generally free for orders placed online.

However, additional fees may apply in certain cases, including:

  • oversized items (e.g., televisions 55 inches and larger, furniture, etc.)
  • deliveries more than 20 km from one of our stores
  • certain addresses located in remote or restricted access areas

In these situations, a member of our team will contact you after purchase to assess delivery conditions, inform you of applicable fees, and obtain your approval before any delivery.

How does delivery work for large televisions?

Televisions measuring 55 inches or larger, as well as oversized items, require delivery by two technicians:

Some items require special logistics (handling, access, distance).
In these cases:

  • costs are assessed after purchase
  • No delivery will be made without your prior consent.
  • you can accept, decline, or adjust the order according to the options offered

  • The territories of Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon are not served.
  • Additional fees apply for remote areas (more than 20 km fromone of our stores).
