Price equalization policy

At Sonxplus, your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to offering you the best prices on the market. That's why we match our competitors' prices to guarantee you the best possible value. To benefit from this policy, the product must be strictly identical in terms of make, model and color, and must be in new condition. The competitor must be a manufacturer-authorized reseller, and you must provide valid proof of the competitor's price. This policy does not apply to promotional or clearance products, demonstrators, open boxes, refurbished products, grey market sellers, marketplace platforms, special offers, private sales or auction prices.

Price adjustment policy

To reinforce your shopping confidence, we also offer price protection for 30 days following your purchase. This policy applies to all products purchased from Sonxplus, whether online or in-store, provided the product is identical in make, model, color and is in new condition. If you find the same product at a lower price at Sonxplus within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference. Please note that this policy does not apply to clearance items, demonstrators, open boxes or refurbished products.

Claims procedure

The application of our pricing policies is simple and transparent. For a price equalization, you must request it before the conclusion of your purchase and provide valid proof of the competing price. For a price adjustment, you have 30 days following purchase or delivery to make your claim, presenting your invoice and proof of the new price. In both cases, you can contact our customer service department in-store, by telephone or by e-mail. The difference can be refunded directly or applied to a future purchase, whichever you prefer.

Ecofees and taxes

For your convenience, ecofees are included in all prices displayed at Sonxplus in Quebec, in accordance with regulations in effect since October 2012. These fees are automatically integrated into the prices you see in-store and on our website. As a registered retailer in all Canadian provinces, Sonxplus collects applicable sales taxes according to federal and provincial laws. The amount of tax is calculated based on the shipping address of your order. If you have any questions about sales taxes in your area, please consult the appropriate revenue agencies.
