To qualify for this policy, the product must be exactly the same in terms of brand, model, and color, and must be in brand-new condition. The competitor must be a manufacturer-authorized retailer, and you must provide valid proof of the competitor’s price. This policy does not apply to promotional or clearance items, demo units, open-box items, refurbished products, gray market sellers, marketplace platforms, special offers, private sales, or auction prices.

Price Adjustment Policy

To give you peace of mind when shopping with us, we also offer a 30-day price protection guarantee. This policy applies to all products purchased from Sonxplus, whether online or in-store, provided the product is identical in brand, model, and color, and is in new condition. If you find the same product at a lower price at Sonxplus within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference. Please note that this policy does not apply to clearance items, demo units, open-box items, or refurbished products.

Complaint Procedure

Our pricing policies are simple and transparent. To request a price match, you must submit your request before completing your purchase and provide valid proof of the competitor’s price. For a price adjustment, you have 30 days after purchase or delivery to file your claim by presenting your receipt and proof of the new price. In both cases, you can contact our customer service team in-store, by phone, or by email. The refund for the price difference can be issued directly or applied to a future purchase, depending on your preference.

Tuition and fees

For your convenience, eco-fees are included in all prices listed at Sonxplus in Quebec, in accordance with regulations in effect since October 2012. These fees are automatically included in the prices you see in-store and on our website. As a registered retailer in all Canadian provinces, Sonxplus collects applicable sales taxes in accordance with federal and provincial laws. The amount of taxes is calculated based on your order’s shipping address. For any questions regarding sales taxes in your region, we invite you to consult the relevant tax authorities.
